Customer Authorization Agreement for pre-authorized Payments

CWnic may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.

Our services are limited to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law and are not available to minors. If you do not meet these qualifications, you may not be eligible for domain services through CWnic. CWnic reserves the right to refuse any of its services, or terminate this Agreement with anyone at any time, in our sole discretion.

Customer hereby authorizes CWnic to charge their credit card for purchases of domains through their website. All charges are automatically billed upon completion of order. Customer agrees and understands that CWnic is not responsible for any refund due to mistakes made when registering a domain. Customer swears that all information provided to CWnic is accurate and does not contain fraudulent information.
